Cell Blocks Empty Cell Blocks

Post by Dungeon Master Fri Oct 31, 2014 10:02 pm

Several rows of cells stacked on top of each other. Twenty per row and six cells high, the criminals of V.W.A.T. live here. All are reinforced with walls three feet thick on all sides. The doors are made of titanium with a small opening to put food and other commodities through. A keycard lock on each cell opens a panel to input a personnel-specific authorization code to unlock the door, only accessible if the person's security clearance is high enough.

They are not, however, cramped. Each room is rather large, about twenty by twenty feet. Depending on how well a prisoner has performed on missions, they could actually be rather well furnished and comfortable.

Cell Blocks Empty Re: Cell Blocks

The cell block had lost power, all inmates free to run amok around the facility. While most have spread out to attack other areas and try to claim control, several still linger here for various reasons, such as torturing the guards, looting the others' rooms, or simply staying out of the mess altogether.

This place needed a hero. A real hero. And, luckily, they had him. Diving from the top of the railing, the general (promoted a few ranks in the last couple hours) did several flips before landing flawlessly on the floor six levels below. "Now, who wants to go back home like a good boy?" Several of the inmates rushed him, taking an inappropriate amount of time to finally reach his position. During that time, he had the opportunity to flick his blue locks from in front of his eyes and give a snide chuckle. "They just don't learn, do they?"

With both swords attached at each hip, he grabbed both hilts in a reverse grip on each leg. "Magnum..." he began, seemingly charging up his attack. "...Cutter!" In a literal flash of light, both swords had been drawn, crossed in front of him as a collection of inmates a mere two steps from him halted in their tracks. A few seconds passed of complete silence in the entire cell block, every single person pausing to look at the scene. It was broken by groans from each of the criminals, high-pressure streams of blood spraying from large gashes on their chests reaching from side to side. They collapsed in pools of their own blood.

"So, anyone want to reconsider my offer?" he asked. Many of the prisoners began to flee to cell block, relocating to continue their chaos elsewhere. Several, though, stayed to challenge the man. A foolish decision, to be sure. General Stu would not take that offense lightly.
