Josef's facial features show that he is descendant from eastern Europeans with the straight nose, pronounced cheekbones, and the wide-set jaws.  Normally kept cleanly shaven, Josef's face is capable of growing a full grown beard within a month of stopping of shaving.  He has rather straight teeth and white teeth that make a nice smile should the man ever smile.

Depending on which identity he is using, Josef's clothing can change vastly.  From leather jackets of a Canadian motorcyclist to the expensive suits of the French capitalist.  Currently, Josef wears cheap charcoal suits to match that of a traveling businessman.  The suits are kept in immaculate order, with a few stray threads to make it seem as if he doesn't have an abundance of income to purchase new durable suits.

Josef can abandon the appearance of one of his Alias' and assume another in only a few minutes time.  One peculiar thing about Josef is that his finger pads no longer have fingerprints on them.  Just a set of smooth scar tissue to make identifying him impossible.

Personality: Josef is a highly trained former intelligence officer who constantly feels as if he is cornered by his many enemies.  Josef has a deep hatred for the Czech Government, and most governments in general, though he will work with them if there is a profit in it for him.  When confronted by someone he perceives as an enemy he doesn't hesitate to eliminate them as fast as possible as long as he knows he can escape afterwards.

Josef is a highly intelligent individual who has lost his faith in humanity and now lives only to cause harm to those who would do him harm.  Classified as a sociopath, Josef doesn't do anything without a well developed plan of execution and ex-filtration.  He has little regard for those he deals with and, while he would like to minimize civilian casualties on his end, doesn't put himself in harms way to avoid them.  He does, however, hold a soft spot for children.  Choosing to not do business with people who use children for dangerous criminal operations.

Biography:  Josef was born within the country of Czechoslovakia in 1963 to communist parents.  Josef grew up believing in the Communist government until he began school.  During his middle school years, he learned that the communists were controlling what could be learned and harbored a dislike for the communists, though not speaking and risking to lose his family.  His childhood was rather normal despite his anti-communist leaning.  He was an incredibly bright child and one that was a patriot, despite his distaste for communists.  He entered the University of Defense to become an Intelligence Officer in the Czechoslovakian Ground Force.  After graduating from University, Josef was assigned to an Intelligence unit 1982

The reason he had been black listed by his government was that they had been informed that Josef was planning to defect and give secrets to Slovakia.

Edited Personality, Skills, History, and Age. 16 years adequate enough for the building a underworld communication network and a vast amount of resources? Regarding the skills, Jensen has a WHOLE lot more skills than Josef and he is younger. 30 years to acquire and master the skills is an adequate amount of time, at least in my mind.

Age bump is helpful and lends more believability to his deal.

I still don't like weapons being so ambiguous, but I'll make the potentially bad decision to say what's been given is acceptable.

It's not the amount of skills that really gets me, but the type. He knows a bunch of languages, has connections with a ton of people that could get him anything he could feasibly want or need in a short amount of time, and, just for fun, let's make him a crack shot and a martial artist. Hell, you can actually hire NPCs to kill players that trouble you.

This is something I didn't think of last time around. How are his parents okay with him actively speaking out against their politics? Kids today say things like, "Maybe all the 'darkies' aren't so bad," and they're in danger of being disowned.

One second you say he's talking with terrorists in 2001, then you say his last mission for guys is in 1997 the following paragraph.

Definitely got it from a black market dealer. I've also edited the guns with specifics. His history does explain he was taught to handle military grade hardware(ie: firearms and explosives) to assist in his cover of a weapons smuggler, but i lowered his ability with an assault rifle but kept the pistol range. I cut the martial arts down to two.

I changed the 2001 error and the political error. They were supposed to be changed after the last update. And I added in why they canned him.
