He face is clean shaven and his brown hair is simple allowed to grow around his head with no bother for style at all. It is short enough to remain out of his eyes but not within military standards exactly. His eyes are a light green. His build is not half bad for a secretary. Maintaining the muscle he gained during his basic military training Reese is toned. Of course he couldn't compete with strength against pretty much anyone else in VWAT. He is still considerably strong. His appearance is always if possible neat and clean as can be. His face is smooth and unblemished, as well as clean shaven.

Clothing of choice: Reese prefers to show up to work. Which in fact he lives at. With a red long sleeved shirt. A white T shirt under this. Black professional pants. Black shoes and a black belt. A black and light professional over coat also accompanying him. He carries his weapons on his belt. His socks also a professional black. His glasses are black rimmed and rectangular. His tie is professional and a dark blue.

Weaponry of choice:

Reese carries with him a knife which people have dubbed a Rambo knife. It is made of steel and is fourteen and a half inches long. It's handle is a lighter colored wood with a metal interior. The back of the upper part of the blade is serrated.

He also carries in a holster on his hip a standard military issue M9 Beretta with 15 round mags of a 9mm caliber. He has one Magazine of silver tipped hollow point bullets but the rest are normal. He only carries 4 extra magazines on his person.

Abilities:
Speed: Good for a human.
Strength: Good for a human.
Reflexes: Good for a human.
Durability: Normal Human.

Math is something that he has down to an art form. As well as the legal and bureaucratic systems which their government runs under. He is able to blend perfectly these skills to become the perfect secretary for the organization. For with his vast knowledge of the American legal system and with almost unrestricted government information access he is able to create completely perfect fake documents to explain whatever needs to explained to the public. None of course have a chance of leading back to VWAT. Creating back stories and filling out insurance forms to create convincing cover stories for vampire attacks and then implanting them where they need to go in the media is also one of his duties that he must do on a rather regular bases.

His other useful skill as a secretary is his amazing skill with a computer and electronics in general. Knowing how to hack into computers masterfully well and having been given permission to do so are almost necessary in order to change the facts as needed to keep vampires a secret to the public.

One of his unique skills that he developed solely for the purpose of creating illegal documents is his ability to forge signatures. If he had to create a fals signature unlike any he had ever used before on the spot. He could probably do so and make it convincing enough to pass for a real one. However he prefers to practice it before hand and perfect it. He can also copy another person's signature without great difficulty if he has an example of theirs.

His only other real abilities include feats with weapons. He is a good shot with his pistol hitting targets accurately at thirty yards. He is also pretty handy with his knife but didn't really get more training with it than what was taught him during basic military training. So good. But nothing special.


Organization: VWAT

Personality: Reese is professional but human. He does not enjoy killing very much but he will stand to be around it and if worse came to worse. He would not hesitate to pull out his gun. However in all likely hood. He would never be put into a combat situation unless the VWAT base was attacked by someone. Reese is easily moved to compassion for normal people but around these criminals he has become slightly hardened and would not hesitate to kill them if Steeler requested it. But again in all likelihood. He would probably ask him to get coffee rather than kill someone. Which Reese would happily comply to. While kind enough and with enough metal in him to not be a push over Reese can be a bit obsessive about certain things. He likes to keep track of almost all information regarding VWAT. From the current condition of all their members down to the number of bullets they have left. He is always prepared to answer any question Steeler might ask him. While Reese is patriotic and willing to give his life for his country. His is also willing to shoulder the endless amounts of paper work which go with running an organization within the government that shouldn't exist. Sometimes the paper work and the creating of false paperwork forces him to stay up a couple more hours than he would prefer to. He while disliking criminal activity is not above engaging in it for the organization.

Biography: Reese's life was interesting at the beginning. He had always enjoyed learning and in fact became a little obsessed with it. He was intensely interested in math in his early life. He was mostly interested in it for math was about as close to the hand writing of God as humans could get. Or so he felt. Math couldn't actually be wrong. You could never disprove a number or an equation. He devoted his life to learning this language.

He was also intensely interested in the world of physics. To him it was breaking down life and all of it's components into math. Into a calculable and predictable pattern which we could discover and then use were needed. He devoted most of his high school career to learning these subjects. This did result for a while in him being shy and rather odd in public. Perhaps a little afraid of crowds. He preferred to plan his future and prepare for it then to hang out with his friends.

But after high school he had an idea. He would get college degree through the military for a couple reasons. One reason being he could really use a personality adjustment as he was pretty shy and a large push over. He believed that the military would help him with these issues. On top of it all. He thought that having been in the military would look great on his résumé for whatever job he applied for in the future. He went through many years in the military and found it to his liking.

However after getting his college degree through the military he was offered a job as one of their top secretaries thanks to his amazing success in academics and former service. Eventually they assigned to him to the military unit VWAT as a secretary after a quick interview and many oaths of silence about the top secret government information which they were telling him. He was chosen mainly because of his amazing performance as a secretary for the military being one of their best and his specific skill set. From then on he has pretty much been Steeler's right hand man. Giving him the status updates he has required and taking care of all the paper work assigned him. He also does such rudimentary things as fetch coffee for Steeler if he requests it. He delivers messages and pretty much whatever else someone needs to do in order to keep VWAT a highly tuned effective organization. Which is in fact pretty necessary being that their fighting men consist of crazy killers most of which with inhuman abilities and powers.

Mind telling more about which branch of the military he went through? Elaborate further about the college? Also give him a bit more oomph that spells extraordinary to the organization besides a good test score? Just a little tid bit of details and you're good to me.
