This was much more amusing than she had anticipated, but a lot of the fun she was starting to have quickly disappeared when Jensen took a direct approach, causing her smile to fade a tiny bit - but not completely. She expected better from him, but her expectations were rarely met with regards to her unit when it came to being outside of combat. Another sigh as escaped her lips at the nodded apology Jensen had tossed her way and the murmurings of the archer before her, this time being one of both disappointment and dismissal.

Stopping for a brief moment to glance back at Aiden and Zulu, the latter of whom chose to dismiss the scene entirely, before turning her gaze back toward a newly arrived Harkness. She wasn't very hard to break down considering and get a basic understanding of, but the response she gave to Jensen did make her smirk perk up a bit more with an audible chuckle escaping her lips.

It was too early to be sure, but she figured she'd enjoy working here.

"She got you there, "Sasquatch", she said, her next words carrying the smallest hints of sarcasm, "I'd be careful around her. Threaten a mama bear's defenseless cub and it could become dangerous. However unlikely the chance of such a scenario occurring is, just remember that if things do get "heated", the bigger pelts make the best rugs." Her tone quickly changes, dropping back into her mellow tone and carefree tone, yet still carrying hints of authority with it, "Now move it you two."

Keira finished by slinging her duffle bag over her shoulder and proceeding down the stairs after Zulu with her smirk still on her face, happily carrying herself down the steps with a noticeable detachment and uninterest in "zoo" VWAT was apparently keeping on base, or so she had come to call them. They certainly kept interesting people here, so now it was time to meet with Director Steeler and get briefed.

Jensen smiled. Oh this place was going to be fun for him. Plenty of jokes to be pulled at the expense of others, especially the scrawny man who insulted one of his team members. He nearly offered another comment on the little man's need for his 'mother' to rescue him but chose to bite his tongue instead. The two VWAT members that had confronted them, technically speaking, had seniority over them in the compound through time on base, probably not experience or skill as far as he knew.

Holding up 4 fingers with a childish look on his face, "I'm only six yeas owld." He spoke in his best, probably the worst, childlike voice he could do. Rapid mood swings, easy to anger, Jensen definitely just re-diagnosed himself with PTSD inside his head. Of course he couldn't let anyone else diagnose him with it because then he would be kicked out faster than you could say OPSEC.

At the order to move out, Jensen nodded and took a position behind Aiden. It probably wouldn't take long for them to come across someone that would escort them to the Director's office. Four heavily armed and heavily trained people parachute onto the roof of a 'top-secret' military base and no one bats an eye about it seemed a bit weird for Jensen. Of course that never would have happened at the N9 base of operations of course.

Aiden sighed shaking his head at the continued insults from the archery boy who saw it fit to start this entire thing. "Jesus christ ya know there is such a thing as just saying no I can't help you..." Aiden muttered as he fell into step behind Keira and Zulu heading downstairs. "Oh look at me I can be a complete jackass to people I meet for the first time...Big woop." Aiden said waving his hands around feigning amazement after the archer had left the rooftop. He had seen the slight wonder in the archer's facial expression as he pondered on the reactions Keira and Jensen had taken in response to his responses and honestly was he really surprised that they were behaving the way they were?

It didn't matter to him though in the end it was never a good idea to be an ass to the guy who could be covering your ass the next day. It was why Aiden kept his words to himself instead of vocalizing his own defense for himself. Getting into a verbal dick fight with this guy wouldn't solve a damn thing except build a rift in the field. Rifts in the field led to poor communication and cooperation and he really didn't need that shit. As he walked down the stairs after Keira and Zulu however he did spare a moment to flash his middle finger salute towards the leaving back of the archer.
