Appearance wrote:Elsa is a bit short measuring in at about 5'5" in height and weighing a total weight of 133 pounds. Her skin is quite pale due to lack of regular exposure to sunlight. Her body is relatively average in terms of appearance and build. She isn't incredibly slender nor is she extremely overweight her skin is unblemished save for a few small scars on her hands from when she has taken a more hands on approach with her research. Her face is heart shaped possessing soft features that seem to give her a sort of gentle appearance at first glance. Her nose is small and a bit round while her eyes appear to be a bit hooded. Her ears are an average size and her lips are a bit thin. It is common to see dark rings beneath her eyes likely from her habit of staying awake for hours upon end working on her research in cybernetics.

At times Elsa may wear make up but more often she tends to go without it as she isn't much for keeping up her public appearances preferring much more to be known for her work rather than her looks. Though when the desire does strike her Elsa keeps her make up styling simple often applying a thin layer of pink lipstick and perhaps a bit of eye shadow and on occasion eye liner though she tends to forgo it due to the irritation it causes her eyes after she puts it on. Depending on her mood Elsa may have a different default facial expression but her most common one tends to be a slightly lazy looking smile that tends to give away the fatigue that she is often weighted down with along with the optimism she exhibits toward her work.

Elsa's hair is long reaching down to mid back quite easily. She often keeps it straight just letting it flow down her back naturally. At times she may style it into a ponytail or braid it. She often finds it annoying at times due to it's length but she forgoes cutting it due to her slight fear of sharp objects and since she considers a simple trip to a salon a waste of her time. When it does tend to grow a bit too long to be manageable Elsa tends to just have someone cut it all off at her shoulders and then allows it to grow again.  Her hair is a dark brown color putting her in the brunette category of hair when she works it isn't uncommon for her to put her hair up into a ponytail as she finds it allows her to focus better when her hair is out of the way.

In terms of clothing Elsa is rather diverse in her fashion choices. One day she could be wearing something designer and expensive or the next she could be wearing something she picked up from a thrift shop for 99 cents. The only constant clothing that one could say she is often seen wearing is her white lab coat. Beneath her coat she wears a white long sleeve button up shirt and a black pencil skirt. Her legs are covered by black nylon stockings which end at her feet where she wears a pair of black high heels. Her coat often has numerous pens, pencils or markers stuffed into the pockets and the sleeves often have small notes or calculations written on them.

At times she may venture into the field to observe field testing on cybernetic or robotics prototypes when she does go into the field she often wears an Army Combat shirt and a pair of ACU pattern BDU pants with tan combat boots. In hazardous locations she may wear a Plate Carrier vest over her outfit for added protection.

Elsa carries an IPhone 6 Plus as her work phone which also doubles as her personal phone considering she doesn't see the point in buying another for her own personal use. Her phone is filled with contacts both personal and business related. She also has quite a few apps and a sizable library of music loaded onto the phone for her own personal entertainment. She keeps the phone in a charge case that charges the battery of the phone when it's power percentage reaches 20% thus giving her an extra charge allowing her to use it longer than the factory battery power allows. She also carries a pair of Apple brand headphones for listening to music or to keep her hands free while working.

At times Elsa carries an IPad Mini 3 that she uses to take notes or make calculations, She also uses it to look up information on the internet that might have some significance towards whatever research she might be conducting. She also uses it to conduct video calls with her supervisors using certain programs or applications. She keeps a collection of notes saved on her IPad for review when she thinks she may need it. Like her phone her IPad has a view apps for her own entertainment such as flappy bird and candy crush.

Elsa carries a black leather wallet that she keeps all of her money and bank cards along with her identification cards as well. She also sometimes stuffs small notes into her wallet to remind herself of tasks, meetings or random bits of information that she recalls that she thinks she may forget. She often keeps about forty dollars in bills in her wallet along with a few other odds such as spare pocket change or store coupons.

USP Match

Elsa while in the field carries a USP Match handgun designed and manufactured by Heckler and Koch. Her pistol is chambered for 9x19mm Parabellum cartridges and is fed from 18 round magazines. The pistol is constructed out of polymer materials giving it a more lighter frame cutting off a good portion of excess weight one would get if the handgun were to be made of steel. The pistol has a 6 inch barrel giving it a bit more accuracy than most standard handguns that feature a more standard 3 or 4 inch barrel. It also features a barrel weight on the end of the muzzle to counterbalance the recoil of the weapon when fired allowing for easier target re-acquisition. The pistol has a total weight of 2.6 pounds and a length of about 9 inches making it light but perhaps a bit unwieldy due to the forward weight of the weapon.

Personality wrote:Elsa is an overall friendly person often greeting others with a tired smile and a friendly hello. Socially Elsa is a very outgoing and kind and gentle person often going out of her way to help people who need it. People who have worked beneath her have described her as motherly in the way that she seems to look out for the well being of all of her subordinates. Often questioning them as to when they had last slept or ate or worrying when it seems as if stress is taking it's toll on them and immediately taking steps to rectify the issue. When she is angry or annoyed Elsa often keeps it bottled up inside rather than venting or expressing it. She does this as a result of incidents in her past that she tends to regret quite a bit. When her negative thoughts or emotions seem to reach their breaking point she may end up losing her temper or breaking down in tears. Though she rarely does this openly often locking herself in her office in order to prevent herself from taking out her negativity on anyone else. This reaction is rare however as Elsa tends to take most things in stride usually being quite tolerant of a great many things.

One small quirk Elsa has is her phobia of sharp objects also known as Aichmophobia. Due to an incident in her childhood where her father accidentally cut her brother's earlobe off (How he managed to accomplish that Elsa still wonders today) while he was giving him a haircut Elsa gained a deep seated fear of sharp objects more specifically scissors. When in close proximity to sharp objects Elsa tends to shake or stutter. Her heart rate will also increase and she will visibly show signs of fear and discomfort. As a result of her Aichmophobia Elsa tends to keep her office and work spaces clear of any potentially sharp objects such as scissors, letter openers or box cutters. The only times she seems to tolerate such close proximity to sharp items is when she cuts her hair. And often she trusts no one but herself to accomplish this task.

When it comes to her research Elsa is very passionate about her work often staying up for hours upon end and at times neglecting her basic human needs in order to continue working. If not for her body rebelling against her mind at times it is quite possible that Elsa would neglect her needs altogether in order to devote herself completely to her research. Elsa while working is constantly thinking of new ways to revolutionize her field of scientific research. When asked about her research Elsa is comparable to a child being asked to talk about their favorite toy. She tends to get quite excited and seems to care little about if the person she is speaking to even understands the meaning behind her words. Just the act of talking about her research seems to make Elsa smile.

In combat should the situations ever arise there is very little Elsa can do. Elsa isn't a soldier and has no formal training so if ever caught in a situation where fighting is needed Elsa has little real experience or use. She will often hide and would likely be overcome with a sense of dread or fear. In dangerous situations she may even begin to panic and break under the pressure. This can be countered if a strong authoritative figure is present to reassure her or give her instruction. Like most civilians she looks to those who have more experience in such situations to guide her should danger ever present itself to her. If pushed to a certain point Elsa can at times display uncommon bravery especially if someone she cares for is in danger or if the right conditions are met to fuel this response.

Abilities wrote:Knowledge of Robotic and Cybernetic Theories and Design

Elsa from years of studying and learning from countless technical schools and universities has gathered quite a substantial amount of knowledge regarding Robotics and Cybernetics. She is very familiar with theories regarding both subjects and can take small facts from these theories to rectify issues in her own theories. She is also familiar with numerous designs and technical specifications for cybernetic and robotic creations allowing her to direct workers in production of prototypes and new designs. Elsa's knowledge of both of these subjects allow her to use existing information and recent discoveries through her own research to fabricate and create new designs that could revolutionize robotic and cybernetic science.

Although such designs require a great deal of research, testing and resources before her designs could really be deemed useful.

Mathematics knowledge

Elsa is quite adept at math being able to solve complex equations and problems in just a few moments whereas a normal person could take perhaps half an hour to complete the same. This ties into her cybernetics and robotics research as her work often requires her to make calculations that require a substantial amount of mathematics such as calculating pneumatic pressure or weight distribution. Elsa does seem to struggle a bit with fractions though something she seems to have always had problems with. Elsa's proficiency with Mathematics stems from an interest in the subject and a natural talent for mathematics.

Elsa is quite a skilled combatant in the art of office-fu the ancients art created by office workers of old. She is skilled in the proper technique of throwing books and encyclopedias with deadly accuracy. She is also quite a fast draw and shooters while wielding a stapler. With her skills in office-fu she is truly a fearsome foe to behold especially when she can get her hands on rubber bands which she can shoot just using her fingers with pinpoint accuracy. Many of her subordinates have found themselves outmatched in their arguments with Elsa often finding themselves being assaulted by a barrage of staples or well placed rubber bands to the forehead. Her skills in office-fu were learned from years of fighting with colleagues over trivial things such as the last cup of coffee or being annoyed at one another.

Pianist

Elsa is a very talented pianist being able to play very complex pieces of music with relative ease. This comes from Elsa's early introduction to piano at a young age where she used to play the piano with her brother and mother. Though for quite a long time Elsa quit playing piano and has only recently begun to play once more. As a result Elsa though still skilled only seems to recall a few songs one of them being a song known as "To the moon." A song written by a man named John Wyles. It is not uncommon to hear Elsa playing this song if she has access to a piano. Elsa's talent with the piano was learned at a young age. As a young girl Elsa took piano classes and also played the piano at her family home for fun at times.

After years of caffeine fueled cram sessions and all night research binges Elsa has learned to make in her own opinion the most amazing cup of coffee you will ever have. The secret to the most amazing coffee ever is...(Elsa: I'm not telling you it wouldn't be a secret then!) Elsa can also identify small differences in two similarly made cups of coffee such as one cup having just a bit more sugar than the other or one having less cream. Along with that skill she can also identify different types of coffee from flavor and strangely smell as well.

Elsa is a casual gamer and often plays games such as Final Fantasy and other JRPGs. Her favorite RPG game is a game called Resonance of Fate a gun based RPG developed by Square Enix. While playing games Elsa is often very serious and can pick up incredibly quick on game mechanics. She is a bit of a rage player when it comes to RPGs at times however particularly when she is faced with a boss battle that she deems "Unfair." Most of these "Unfair" battles often just being the result of poor preparation or unbalanced leveling on Elsa's part. She also plays a few first person shooters such as Call of Duty or Battlefield and most recently she has been caught up in playing a new game called Destiny.

Elsa hates playing fighting and sports games, Fighting mainly because of her poor skill in such games which often results in her yelling and throwing her controller. Sports games because she finds that nothing really changes whenever a new one is made the game is still the same it's just polished a bit more than the last one.

Elsa is a novice with her field operation issued pistol. She can fire it somewhat accurately at close range but that is about the limit of her usefulness with a firearm. At long ranges at about 50 meters she is horribly inaccurate and has a tendency to close her eyes when she shoots or jump due to the recoil or sound of gunshots. She has been instructed in basic gun safety but sometimes forgets the basic rules mainly out of nervousness or fear.

Her father was an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force and her mother mainly lived as a housewife being the one to raise Elsa and her younger brother Samuel most of the time while her husband worked. Growing up in Ramstein Elsa went to school on base. Living under the roof of a military man Elsa was often pressured to do well in school her father often acting as the more firmer parent while her mother encouraged Elsa to enjoy more simpler things. This balance of stern and gentle parenting helped shape Elsa into a good student and a kind person. In school Elsa often received high grades often ranging in the B or A range. At home Elsa often passed time studying or playing the piano that had belonged to her grandmother.

She often also spent a great deal of time with her brother Samuel. Growing up Elsa was quite close with her brother and often felt the need to look out for him. Particularly due to Samuel having been diagnosed with type 3 Vrolik disease when he was born. Due to his disease Samuel's bones were much weaker than they should be and were prone to fractures or breaking if he exerted himself too heavily. This caused Elsa to take a very protective stance towards her brother often standing up for him against bullies even when he didn't want her to. Elsa often helped Samuel with menial tasks that she thought he should avoid such as yard work or anything that she felt could strain him. And though it at times annoyed her brother it never really drove a wedge between the two siblings.

For most of their lives from kindergarten to junior high school Elsa and Samuel were for the most part inseparable. Wherever Samuel went there was no doubt that Elsa wouldn't be far behind likely carrying her brother's books or simply chiding her brother for doing things such as walking too fast or trying to run too much. Even at home Elsa would often sit at their grandmother's piano playing music after she'd finished her own studying and work while her brother worked on his own. It wasn't until Junior High when Elsa would begin to stray away from her brother going on to make closer friends than she'd had during elementary. Soon she began to spend less and less time with Samuel opting more to visit her friends and spend her time hanging out with them after school.

As time would go by Elsa's relationship with her brother would slowly fell more and more in obscurity. Elsa would spend more time at school with her friends and less time with her brother. It wouldn't be until High School when Elsa's relationship with her brother would be rekindled. Thought the two of them went to school on base at Ramstein it did not mean that there were no bullies around to torment others. During High School Samuel became to the primary target of a group of such bullies. They would often shove Samuel just to see if his bones were really as brittle as rumors said they were. And not wanting to ruin his sister's new found social life Samuel kept quiet about his problems. However as time passed the harassment only grew worse until one of the boys bullying Samuel finally shoved him down a short flight of stairs resulting in Samuel breaking his left arm in three different places and both his legs along with snapping a few ribs.

Upon hearing of her brother's incident Elsa quickly rushed to his side in the infirmary. The boy who'd pushed Samuel came as well and told Elsa about what had happened out of guilt for the injuries he'd caused Samuel having not expected any real injuries to occur from it except for perhaps a few scrapes and bruises. Elsa spent almost an hour yelling and screaming at the boy threatening him and cursing him for what he'd done. But it was nothing compared to the verbal lashing she gave her brother. Elsa demanded to know why Samuel hadn't told Elsa or their parents about the bullies and Samuel replied with "I didn't want to be a burden anymore." Elsa was shocked by Samuel's words she'd never seen her brother as a burden on her. Samuel explained that throughout their entire childhood Elsa had taken care of him and had neglected doing things she wanted to do in order to care for him.

He went on saying that now that Elsa had finally managed to free herself of caring for him all the time he didn't want her to have to leave her new found freedom behind just to protect him from a few bullies. Elsa was stunned by this and cried at her brother's bedside upon realizing that her brother had stayed silent for her sake. From that point on Elsa began to spend time with her brother once more but this time simply watching out for him rather than actively doting on him. She also introduced her own friends to Samuel and soon her own friends had become Samuel's as well. Over the years Elsa would continue to grow and develop into an intelligent young woman. After graduation from school Elsa traveled to the United States for school applying for admission into MIT in Massachusetts while her brother remained in Germany opting to travel with his friends across Europe.

After spending time with her brother the two parted ways as Samuel returned to Germany and Elsa returned to her studies with a new found determination burning in her heart and a new goal in mind.

Elsa's exoskeleton is electrically powered and is designed to compensate for a patients lack of strength or complete lack of ability to move. Though in the case of assisting paralyzed patients Elsa's design fell short as she was unable to find a way to make the exoskeleton move when the people wearing it themselves could not. However it did show promise in assisting people with deteriorated muscle mass or improper bone and muscle development. It also drew the attention of the Military who were drawn to the aspect of being able to outfit soldiers with a system that could amplify their strength and speed.

The Military approached Elsa offering her funding for her project if she could find a way to make it suitable for military applications. Elsa seeing a new opportunity to further her research agreed and began researching ways to increase the exoskeleton's usefulness to an average human being. After two years of research and development Elsa created the prototype of what she calls the "Achilles Exo-Skeleton." The Achilles exo-skeleton was designed to be slim and more streamlined with a soldier preventing it from hindering a soldiers mobility. It also allowed soldiers greater mobility and strength using servomotors to assist in movement. The servomotors implemented into the design could even be used to absorb recoil from firing weapons.

Elsa agreed to continue her research for VWAT and now serves as their Head of Robotics and Cybernetics technology. Thoughs she devotes most of her time now to developing her current exo-skeleton technology Elsa is still working on developing an exo-skeleton system that can be used to allow her brother to live a normal life.
