Description:  The trading of 'goods' to various criminal networks throughout the world set up by the Golden Jackal to insure that proper payment and commodity are traded.  Goods can be classified as anything from intelligence, drugs, gun, people(no child trafficking), or other unnamed commodities desired by the criminal elements of the world.

TRADE

The ICIN has since changed from an escape tool to one of nearly-free trade.  Nearly anything can be sold on the ICIN market for nearly any price as long as Josef gets his standard cut of orchestrating the trades.  Weapons, drugs, military grade equipment, vehicles, people, information, special services, and other things are all sold on the ICIN market.

INFORMATION

The main stock of ICIN, is the selling of information between factions and government.  Information is the most expensive and most abundant commodity on the market.  Millions of dollars worth of information are circulated throughout the network daily, the truth in the information is debatable.

DATABASE

The ICIN uses a custom built darknet platform designed to be accessed by only those who are allowed to access it. The communication platform uses several encryption programs and firewalls to insure that the platform is not breached by unwanted personnel and in the event of a breach the platform, information is encrypted several times over, the encryptions are then scrambled, and destroyed in a matter of minutes. While this is rather quick process it still leaves room for a small amount of information to be recovered before lost.

Members of the ICIN are given a ruggedized laptop computer that serves only to access the Darknet platform. Unlike most computers, these custom built computers are bare bones, featuring only an ethernet port and a power supply outlet on the laptop. To access the platform requires a function key code to be input during the load in screen, failure to do so will cause the computer to open to a black page with no way to shut the computer off short of killing the battery. The incorrect input of a function key code will cause the same black page to appear. The correct code will bring a log in screen. First the correct username must be input into the log in. Failure to do so will cause the same black screen to appear. The same goes for the password(case sensitive). After 3 failed attempts at logging in the computer will cause the HDD to fragment itself and then destroy the information stored on the HDD(the ICIN connection platform)

After the successful input of the password a nonsensical sentence will appear, the sentence differs per username, and the answer is known only by the username. The failure to put the correct answer to the sentence will cause the computer to fragment itself and the destruction of the fragmented data. The successful input of the answer will cause a black screen to appear for just under two minutes before the screen becomes a text forum. Using the arrow keys, the user can choose a thread to read or reply to or the user can create his own thread to share, sell, or trade information or goods with others. The user ultimately picks who he does business with at his/her own discretion.

History:  Designed, built, and established during the early blacklisted years of Josef Lypek, under the assumed name 'Golden Jackal', to allow him to move through countries undetected by intelligence agencies.  Since it's inception date the ICIN has developed from an unnamed collection of criminals to an international criminal network with ties to nearly every major criminal network, organization, and government.

Now the network thrives on the trade of information and goods between the members.  Josef now uses the network to amass wealth for both him and his criminal compatriots.  The network has members in nearly every nation in the world.
