She has an angular, almost diamond shaped face, steel grey hair that reaches to her waist and is cut short in front to make her see, grey eyes, a small stubby nose, thin lips, long dexterous fingers, shapely legs, round ears, pale makeup with blue eyeshadow and light pink lipstick. Her large F-cup breasts are something she`s proud of, they are supported by a toned stomatch and a strong back. As part of the working force, she wears gloves in order to keep her fingerprints off of the silverware. As she is lightly farsighted, she often wears thin rimmed, square glasses.

Following her recruitment for the ICA, her fingerprints have been genetically and cosmetically alterated. Her eyes have been exchanged for a different pair of eyes that were adjusted to fit her, effectively getting rid of her retinal fingerprint. Her voice cords have been altered through micro surgury.

On her regular duties, she wears a traditonal, black and white maid uniform, with a long black skirt, white stockings, white underwear, a white apron above her blouse and skirt and white lace headband.
The uniform has soft body armor sown into strategic places such as the belly, arms, abdomen and back, where its not easily noticed.
On her right thigh, she carries a holster for her pistol- this holster has translucent straps, so that even when someone would be peeking up her skirt, they would have a hard time finding the holster right away. On the side of the skirt, there´s a near invisible cut which allows her to draw the pistol within the blink of an eye if necessary. The holster holds one spare magazine and the optional silencer.

On duty during a mission, shes told not to give away her identity, and thus she wears a regular Hellsing uniform in the normal yellow color with a brown leather belt, kevlar protected, fireproof combat gloves, steel heeled and tipped boots with front protectors that almost reach her knees as well as a bulletproof corset, worn under the clothing.
As her duty pistol is much larger than the ASP, she uses a more massive holster for it which is hooked into her belt.

Equipment:
As a maid, Alicia carries her favorite handgun from her assassin days- while it looks like a Smith&Wesson ASP pistol at first glance, the barrel is two inches longer and features integral threads for a silencer. The grip is slightly longer and the gun is thicker, to accept the unique .48 caliber bullets that it uses.
Originally, the gun was made to fire bullets made of concrete- this unususal material as well as the unususal caliber made it extremely difficult for police forensics to find the right gun for the crumbled dust of a projectile which was in most cases identical to the wall it hit, especially if the shell case was retrieved by the optional function of locking the slide in place, further minimizing the noise.
The bullets themselves are of a solid hollowpoint design for maximum impact energy- for Hellsing, the gun recieved identical ammunition made of tombak with a silver jacket. Each magazine holds eight rounds.

In addition to that, she either carries a KM-2000 combat knife or a poison laced ballistic knife, sheathed at her left wrist.

On combat duty, Alicia uses a modified Beretta 93 Raffica with an extra long, carbine sized barrel, a custom barrel shroud which doubles as a balance weight and an effective compensator, makeing it a pinpoint accurate firearm. It holds 32 rounds of 9x19mm ammunition, made of blessed silver with tungsten steel penetrators. The gun can fire single shots or three round bursts with a very high rate of fire- with the modifications, there`s virtually no recoil upward, and the gun is just as powerful as any submachine gun used. Alicia carries four extra magazines in mag pouches on her belt.



A KM-2000 combat knife with silver plated blade is her meele weapon, but she often also carries the ASP as a backup gun, with aforementioned ammunition supply.

Alicia is a trained maid and a talented cook, as well as a professional tea brewer. She is perfect at cleaning rugs, windows, vacuuming, folding sheets, making beds, but also giving orders to the other maids. She`s a rational thinker and can priorize her work in such a way that she somehow makes her deadline for each task she has to carry out, and she does so politely, efficiently and well.

As a fighter, she´s a handgun specialist and thus very proficient with pistols and revolvers, an expert in four different kinds of martial arts (Taek-Won-Do, Ninjutsu, Karate and Judo) and a decent marksman with a rifle, though she`s not as good with a sniper rifle than she is with her handgun, due to a lack of practice.  Though being nowhere near as good as Walter, she`s also a very good gunsmith- she fine tunes and maintains her weapons all by herself in her free time.

Personality:
Hellsing is Alicia´s life. She´s got nothing else, so she gives her all, she`s a true by-the-book housemaid. Sometimes, one doesn`t even have to say a word before she knows what one wants from her. In three years, she has only ever complained once about her work, and that was when she had been tasked to clean up after Alucard... who did a messy job on a female vampire who sneaked into the mansion to kill Integra.

Socially, she`s a quiet, almost shy person who doesn´t speak about herself, but rather switches topics. Its very hard to make her happy and even harder to gain her trust, but once thats archived, her trust and her loyality are absolute. Despite her violent work, she´s not a sadist and ususally kills people with one or two hits, less if possible.
She speaks very highly of Sir Hellsing and likes her a lot, Integra Hellsing is one of the few people who have gained her trust over the years. As such, the only persons closer to Sir Hellsing are Walter Dornez and Alucard himself.

Biography:
Alicia was born in Worchester, sometime in the year 1986 as the only child of a prosititute. The father is unknown and will most likely be unable to find. Despite difficult circumstances, Alicia lived a relatively normal life and went to school for six years (through some minor bullying due to her heritage) until at the age of twelve, her mother was beaten to death by a drunk, depressed customer. A radical turning point for Alicia`s life.
She began to neglect school, ran off from her adoptive family after just two months and seven months later, the police found the dead body of the very same customer that killed her mother, skillfully executed by a shot from a self crafted blackpowder pistol.
The International Contract Agency ICA had sent an agent to take care of the very same man- but instead of killing him, they could only find his body, and the thirteen year old girl that did it, who stared at the merciless, professional killer in a way that sent a shiver down his spine. Cold, emotionless, and somehow, very satisfied.

The ICA adopted Alicia and trained her body to perfection for the next seven years. At the age of twenty, as she had honed her skills to a suitable degree, the ICA officially wiped Alicia´s previous existance out- she recieved a new identity and key factors of her body were alterated to disguise her true identity as much as possible- she was a wanted murderer afterall.
But that was only the beginning.
Twenty sucessful kills, thirty shell cases and four years later, Alicia became a professional assassin for high value targets- congressmen, aristocrats, rich people who could afford to employ maids. Her good looks and her household talents easily got her any job she needed- and within four weeks or less, the target had been silenced- poisoned in their sleep, shot by a bullet that could no longer be found, fed to the bloodhounds, killed by gold powder mixed into his food.... the list goes on.
Working for Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing prooved to be another easy, quick job... but instead of killing her during the first weeks of her employment, she found herself staring down the barrel of Integra`s Beretta. The Hellsing had done an extensive background check and found that no person with her name actually exists that matches her characteristics, and instead found traces of a killer who goes from one aristocratic household to another, killing their heads...
Instead of turning the table on Alicia though, Integra told her what Hellsing actually did, while still holding her at gunpoint, and offered her a job. She would lead them to their employers, and in turn, Alicia could stay at the Hellsing mansion as long as she wanted, work as a maid, but also as a soldier.
For someone who never had a home since childhood and never enjoyed real labor, that was a blessing, and she accepted within a heartbeat.

Four weeks later, the ICA ceased to exist. Now, three years later, no one even knows of them anymore.... but many people in the Hellsing household know the by-the-book maid and right hand of Walter Dorenz, Alicia Ravenloft.

I'd like it if you added just a little bit on the limits of soft body armor and a short blip in the bio about where she'd learn to make a rudimentary pistol to kill her mother's murderer. I can see her scrounging the parts together but I'm not sure how she figured out how to put it all together just yet. Other than that, I don't have any complaints (though I'll most likely crack a joke or 5 about the size of her chest).

Don't really see the point of all that surgery. Not like they erased any information; just switched it out. Was all of this on file and they had to get rid of it?

If she's a maid, who's sending her out on missions? It seems like you're pretty much done with your field work after you're put on duty cleaning and serving things.

How did she make a gun?

No explanation as to why the Hitman series is crossing over into Hellsing for the sole sake of killing a guy.

Why adopt her? She's a stupid kid who got lucky.

Aren't they all murderers? Isn't doing this dangerous surgery kind of pointless, since her new identity is just going to be a killer, too?

Kind of suspicious that these people keep dying a couple weeks after they hire a new staff member. Seems like this identity would be compromised pretty fast.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but gold is edible. It wouldn't kill anyone. Even if it wasn't, so what?

What? Just...employ the girl who tried to kill you minutes ago. This entrance reads like a Hellsing vampire coming into the group. If the ICA was really such a problem for Hellsing, Walter would torture the information out of you, then they'd send Alucard to go kill them. Or, better yet, Alucard eats you, takes your memories, then initiates the last step from before. There is no reason for them to keep you alive.

Well then, you can put this one in the disapproved bin too.
