Name: Jennae Bilhah Diadra

Name Meaning: God is Gracious. Who is old or confused. Sorrowful; wanderer.

Age: 30

Gender: Female

Appearance: Starting form the top, the most noticeable asset Jennae possesses is her head of frosty white hair. Typically unkempt and otherwise unrestrained, it's cut short and hangs down an inch and a half below her ears in length; the fringes of which cover her rather large forehead and loosely resemble an "M" shape. Accenting these frosted locks are deep blue eyes that seem to shine in even the darkest night; vibrant, beautiful and strong, yet at the same time carrying a sense of confusion and fear hidden within. They carry dark bags under them from her countless nights she's gone without sleep. Her facial features are faint and rounded, soft to the touch and coming to a subtle point at her chin; distinctly lacking near the cheekbones. The often stoic expressions that grace the surface are no strangers to being replaced with an almost eager, death accepting grin in combat, sporting her pearly white teeth.

Jennae's body is a temple of physical health; her curvacious and attractive physique sculpted and detailed with subtle amounts of tight muscle formed through rigorous True Cross training; resulting in a build that is both lithe and lean, giving her a look similar to that of a professional athlete. A layer of ghostly pale skin is pulled taut over it all, drained of color as if having experienced excessive fear. She stands a full five-foot eight (5'8") and weighs in at a healthy one-hundred fifty-five pounds (155lbs), her slim shoulders typically set back and down in a relaxed state, as well is the rest of her body, sporting an at-ease and calm demeanor, giving off virtually no signs of aggressiveness. She possesses a D-cup bust, supported by her wide, strong back and a training bra underneath. The nails of each of the five slender digits that are her fingers that are uniformly trim. Her hips are somewhat waspish, sprouting into two long legs that support her entire frame.

Her shoulder contains a nasty scar, resembling a small crater with a noticeable depression in the skin and bone; the result of nearly being impaled by a vampire's set of claws. On the wide of her back is a single tattoo, a small paragraph of words that she feels holds an unbelievable amount of meaning and relates perfectly with her feelings in regard to her place and views of the Church and True Cross. The lettering is in black ink and written in cursive italics; a tattoo of a gold, bloodstained picture frame encasing the moderately sized quote within it's confines.
tattoo:

Adorning her body is a hybrid outfit crafted by her for comfort, not quite a cassock but close enough to resemble those of her fellow True Cross agents. A sleeveless white tube top covers her torso, leaving her stomach partially exposed for all to see; showing no proper steps to cover herself with proper protection and exposing her suicidal tendencies to everyone with an eye for detail. A black training bra rests beneath it, holding her bust steady. Her lower wear consists of broken-in black trousers resembling dress pants held in place by a black leather belt, hugging them snugly to her hips; a pair of black boyshorts worn underneath them. A brown leather harness is wrapped around her waist as well, serving as holsters for her weaponry and their magazines; holstering her handguns at her hip while ten magazine-shaped straps are stacked on top of one another, allowing her to slide in new magazines with ease.

Black athletic socks and heavy duty combat boots protect her feet, the boots having an anti-nail plating inside the soles to protect from anything penetrating through. On top of all of this she wears a black trenchcoat that reach to her mid-shin in length that she can button up should she choose to do so. It possesses a number of pockets on the inside with two deep ones on the outside. Hanging around her neck is a silver cross-necklace that seemed to glow whenever struck by the right kind of light. It's rather worn and battered, seemingly having gone through a number of trials with her and come out with it's fair share of scars.

Spoiler:

Equipment: A master huntress of the various undead Truce Cross is tasked to deal with, Jennae utilizes numerous resources available to her; blessed or not. Staying true to the theme carried by True Cross and it's many members, Jennae prefers to charge headfirst into Hell wielding dual pistols as her primary weapons. These Springfield 1911 Long Slide V16's, dubbed Deborah and Bathsheba respectively, are two handguns primarily customized specifically for her use, chambered in blessed .45 Super for better performance and arguably better stopping power against the undead she fights. The slight customizations include customized grips to provide comfort during prolonged combat, additional reinforcement to the metallic frame to withstand harsh impacts, a larger magazine to hold ten rounds instead of seven, and a hair trigger to allow for rapid fire.

The long slide's of both are well polished, giving them a sheen under the right light. Each of these fine weapons possess it's own signature quote written along the barrel on both sides in cursive italics. The first quotes Jesus himself, saying "He that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one." - (Luke 22:36). The second quotes God and the Ten Commandments, saying "Thou shalt not kill." - (Exodus 20:13). The two weapons, when wielded together, make an obvious contradiction between them with their respective quotes and many believe it reflects her inner struggle about following her role in True Cross and the teachings of the bible. She carriers a total of five mags for each weapon, containing ten rounds each.

Spoiler:

Her secondary and last weapon is a simple combat knife; the straight, single-edged blade is made from a recycled cross that was later forged, blessed and then cooled in holy water for maximum efficiency against the undead, the lower part of it being serrated. It's handle is made from forprene, allowing an excellent grip to be maintained in harsh weather conditions; giving it a nonslip surface. The knife in total weighs 250grams with an overall length of 290mm, the handle being five inches with a blade of six inches. It's fully combat ready and has proven itself time and again during her trials. It's positioned on and strapped to her thigh.

Spoiler:

Usually serving as her only form of communication over long distances, she carries with her a Panasonic P-06A flip Phone. It possesses the latest Mobile PEAKS processor and has a 3.0-inch 262K TFT LCD screen, and a 2.0-megapixel digital camera. It measures 109×49×16mm, and weights 106 grams; it's white frame being sleek and thin, not taking up much space regardless of where one would put it. It's strictly something she uses for work. She keeps it in the inner left breast pocket of her coat.
Spoiler:

The last of her equipment, if it can be called that, is to sate her unnaturally large sweet tooth and her usually large smoking habit. Deep within the right pocket of her coat are several packs of starburst, snickers and a variety of other candies, in which she keeps literal hand fulls and commonly snacks on throughout the hours she's awake.  In the left pocket of her coat is numerous packs of cigarettes, keeping a total of five at all times inside; three of which she smokes a day.

Race: Human

Abilities: A top agent and extremely skilled huntress of the undead filth that plagues the earth, Jennae is a highly trained field agent specializing in anti-vampire/heretic operations, and is extremely intimate with the workings and protocol of True Cross itself. A master marksman with her twin pistols after having spent years refining the ability, dual wielding has become one of her trademark skills like many other True Cross agents, making her extremely proficient in hitting both stationary and mobile targets with pin-point accuracy at fifty meters; made possible by both her enhanced spacial awareness and ambidextrous nature. This makes multiple targets a non-issue for her to deal with; capable of engaging numerous hostiles without any loss in accuracy or drop in consistency, even if they are of a supernatural nature. This enhanced spacial awareness also allows her to tell when she's being followed due to having a superior understanding of the space her body inhabits. She is also well aware of the working parts within Deborah and Bathsheba, and can field strip them and put them back together in mere moments.

Outside of the use of her twin pistols, Jennae has been trained in hand-to-hand and knife fighting; more specifically a combination of Silat and Krav Maga, making for a truly devastating combination of two fighting styles that are both brutal and efficient; essentially possessing little to no rules, and is also responsible for her high pain tolerance. Her knife fighting skills derive from some training in Eskrima, as well as giving her a decent understanding of fighting with the use of sticks (or stick-like objects), joint locks, grappling and weapon disarming techniques; she's quite proficient at knife throwing as well. She's also undergone training in numerous military stealth tactics as per the majority of True Cross, they wouldn't be Assassin's if they didn't, though she only uses them dependent on the situation at hand.

Physically she is another animal entirely. She does not boast high levels of supernautral strength nor excessive durability (though she is durable enough to fall from great heights and land unharmed), she is as fleshy and weak as any other human being, but she makes up for these traits in other areas. Her experiences and continuous training have pushed her stamina beyond that of a professional Olympic track runner, and her reflexes and agility to the peak; allowing her to combat the supernatural foe's that True Cross is tasked with. These sublime reflexive and agile traits rival (cat.f) vampires, giving her the ability to react to and tag the abominations with means of killing them, but that's about the only thing she has going for her in the field in a physical sense. She's also quite skilled in traversing urban areas, given her decent understanding of Parkour and how to implement it in combat.

Mentally, Jennae is sharp, observant and tactical; being rather skilled at planning ahead and keeping a clear mind when it is most needed, allowing for her to spot small openings or advantages in which she can put to use for the accomplishment of nearly any task set before her. She's also been trained in recognizing facial quirks and ques of others, allowing her to tell with reasonable degrees of accuracy if one is lying or not; making her rather hard to fool. In short, very few details escape her watchful eyes. Outside of conflict her hobbies are extremely slim, her main source of self entertainment would be reading various books on philosophy and old poems, such as Paradise Lost and the Iliad, among others, as well as philosophical works from Hegel, Parmenides and Plato, and is an avid reader of a lot of their works and others like them. She's also fluent in English, Latin and Greek.

Her only other hobby would be origami; able to expertly fold and manipulate sheets of paper to her will with deft fingers to create various shapes or objects. Not really a hobby but something worth mentioning, she's a somewhat skilled chess player.

Organization: True Cross Organization

Personality: Jennae best fits the profile of an unstable, self-hating martyr hidden beneath a mask of stoicism. Cynical, sarcastic, and indifferent, Jennae is a woman bearing a strong sense of independence with a preference for solitude and darkness, preferring to carry her burden on her shoulders alone. Raised as an orphan of the Vatican since birth, it's no surprise that she, like many others in the flock, were raised with Catholic teachings. Taught that she was an Agent of Divine punishment meant to wipe the earth clean of those who dared oppose their God, Church or Views, she was met with something completely different during her trials. She was told it was a righteous and just position; to serve the lord and do his bidding, but no one told her how horrible it really was. As a result, the constant bloodshed, high possibility of death constantly looming over her shoulder and the ruination of countless innocent lives on her behalf have taken it's toll on her psyche.

Nightmares are a common occurrence, and she commonly finds herself questioning not only her actions and faith, but the actions of others as well. Currently treading the thin line between faith and rejection, Jennae struggles between what her own morality tells her and what is expected of her as an True Cross, utterly cracking her inner resolve. This realization has given birth to numerous suicidal tendencies that commonly plague her thoughts, knowing hell is what she fully deserves, creating a dilemma of identity that coaxes sentiments of self-induced death. More than once have her lips wrapped around the barrel of her trusted Deborah or willingly pressed Bathsheba to her temple; finger on the trigger with the full intention of ending it all, or her knife pressed against her wrist ready to spill every drop. These tendencies have also revealed themselves in battle, seen by her utter lack of protective armor and the welcoming smile that graces her lips during a conflict, as well as the nearly suicidal tactics she occasionally does at random instances.

Even she doesn't know why she hasn't gone through with it, despite the few times others had stopped her before she could. Deep down it's not out of fear that she hasn't done it, but guilt. She questions her own faith and moral conduct, but why should she be allowed another way out? A selfish desire, she'll admit, but one that offers a tempting, blissful and eternal silence in the place of her current lifestyle. Maybe her resolve hasn't outright broken yet, but nonetheless she is mentally unstable in this regard and she struggles to keep it together. Along suicidal ideation, she also suffers from depression. This hesitation and self-doubt has even led her to question the very orders she receives should she find them in need of investigation, and even disobeying certain orders should she find them too repulsive are not out of the ordinary. This outright inspection of her faith is something she is not proud of, but she will not lie about how she feels with regard to the subject. That said and done, her loyalty to True Cross is still solid in it's very basic foundation and she will do her job with an unemotional efficiency should she find the orders pure; such is the case with the abolishment of the undead, but her other relationships with the organization itself and it's tactics are extremely shaky at best.

She is an inscrutable individual to most who meet her, maintaining incredible control over her emotions when in the public eye of her peers. She is also highly perceptive, observant, and discerning, possessing a calm, analytical mind in and outside of battle (despite her constant suicidal tendencies) being thorough in all her activities and duties. Coming off as insensitive, she will bluntly speak of things other people may use euphemism and will not refrain from speaking her mind on any topic of discussion. Depression has caused her view of the world to become extremely bleak, showing little care for nearly everything around her; her own life included, though she still seems to hold on to certain moments that can cause her emotional distress. Jennae possesses a number of unhealthy habits as a result of her fragile psyche and otherwise bleak outlook, mainly activities that she finds help her cope. Seen by her having an large sweet tooth, preferably towards extremely unhealthy amounts of candy, as well as chain-smoking and drinking (though the latter being something she tries best to keep secret and is only done in the privacy of her room.)

When alone she can often be found, when not pressing the barrel of a gun to her forehead or a knife to an artery, reading various works of philosophy and old poems, in which she secretly hopes can help her find an answer to her question.

Rank: Field Agent

Biography: Jennae's story start's where one would expect an True Cross agent's to start; as an abandoned child left on the doorstep of an orphanage outside of Rome in 1983. She was left to the care of the clerical staff by a young teen mother, unable to care for a child in her current condition nor did she want to, it wasn't anything unusual for the Orphanage to see. Raised with the others, Jennae was a somewhat shy child who preferred isolation and self-entertainment than interaction with others, though this meekness made her somewhat distant, it held beneath it a great intelligence and attention for detail, which became apparent through her studies; commonly found nose deep in a book relating to philosophy or history, or a number of other subjects that her peers would have found droll, when not tending to her school work.

A result one would be unable to escape from would be the religious teachings that came with being raised in such a facility, especially one run by the Mighty Paladin himself, and Jennae was also subject to the bible and it's study. It was something she took interest in, and this interest was further reinforced by the constant religious fanaticism of those around her; some of it even rubbing off on her, for a time, as she fully believed what many of her friends did, and that her faith was the right one. She did not question it at the time, wanting to be a good child of God like the rest, but deep down she found herself questioning many of the bloody stories within. Though these were only minor inconveniences that she was sure would be explained in due time. Praising God and dedicating her life to the church, or as much as she could, as she grew a bit older, it was no surprise that she was recruited into True Cross when she reached the proper age to receive training.

She would be an Agent of Divine punishment, an extension of God's will on earth, or so she was told. She had no objection to it, in fact actually wanting to further her relationship with the almighty in any way she could, and what better way than to act as his emissary to purge the unholy and unlawful? However, the things she was told did not match up correctly with what she would later experience. The meek child now a trained Assassin of Judas, she was sent on her first mission at the age of nineteen where she would first begin to raise questions about her faith. Sent to deal with Vatican-proclaimed "heretics" working within and spreading their faith throughout Catholic territory, they were to be eliminated as soon a possible before damage could be done, and that's just what she was going to do. Blindly obeying her orders to this point, she'd successfully taken out a number of the assigned targets; dwindling them down to the final one.

Tracking the target to his home, Jennae had successfully managed to enter the compound undetected and eliminate the assigned individual; only to find out that the mans had a young daughter upon further examination of the household items as well as the child calling for her father from upstairs moments after she'd cut the mans throat. A rookie mistake by a rookie True Cross agent, she should have done the job before the father had managed to make it this far, but she was naive at the time; she made mistakes. She quickly escaped the house before she was seen and made it seem like a robbery, therefore accomplishing her mission, but that moment stuck with her. She began to have nightmares soon after, consisting of a replay of said events and the little girls voice. She coped, however, once again turning to her faith for comfort and ease, though it had the opposite effect that she'd hoped.

The more she read through their prized holy book the more she saw an egotistical and insecure deity, far from the loving and kind being she'd grown up believing him to be. Shaken but not deterred, she believe she was interpreting it wrongly and did her best to push those thoughts aside. Plagued with nightmares since her first assignment, the rest of her tasks went far more smoothly despite her sleeping schedule becoming corrupted; having learned from her last mistake to avoid any traumatic incidents, targets handed her way were quickly dispatched on the spot. Numerous missions went by in this way, and it was on her first vampire hunt that another experience was cauterized into the depths of her already weakening mind. Already experienced, for the most part, in tracking down heathens and similar foes of the church, it was no surprise when Jennae received her first vampire hunt with a temporary partner pairing.

Feeling slightly confident in her abilities and their numbers, she saw this as a simple extermination; she was wrong. Confidence was something she was taught to never let overtake her, but in this situation it had caused her to vastly underestimate the vampire in question even with her partner there for backup. She had been scared before, everyone had, but nearly being impaled through the shoulder by the things hand slapped her in the face with the reality she was currently living in. This wasn't some ordinary heretic or non-believer, this was something that could literally tear her in half with it's bare hands; she now fully realized how valid the warnings she received were. Luckily she was saved by her body's knee-jerk reaction that she'd honed over the previous missions and managed to lift her foot in to the things chest to prevent the monsters nails from punching completely through, where it's head was then taken off by a sniper round via her partner at the time.

This overwhelming experience in the face of death left it's imprint on her psyche as well, far worse than anything she'd ever experienced before. Wounded and now scarred both mentally and physically, her nightmares while in recovery were not only plagued with instances of her first mistake, but with the recent incident and the fear it induced along with it, in some instances even mixing together into even more twisted and frightening outcomes constructed by her subconscious, giving birth to something similar to PTSD. Bedridden, she had nothing else to do with her time while recovering and fighting off constantly resurfacing memories, so she turned to the bible. Something she shouldn't have done, as this could very well be defined as the cracking point in her faith. She realized that she wasn't misinterpreting anything as she had once thought, and that a vast majority of what this book told conflicted with her own moral judgement; adding even more confliction to the swirling mass of confusion and exhaustion already spinning in her head.

It continued well after her recovery, though she would not shirk her duties because of it; despite how she now questioned the very belief system she was raised on; openly swallowing the fear she possessed to continue her field work as per normal. However, the once confident and genuinely stable woman who many had come to be friends with throughout the organization began to distance herself from it all; becoming more blunt, outspoken and otherwise "rude" in a sense. She continued her duties, even other missions that involved the extermination of vampires - something many thought would become a problem due to her past experience - were things she accepted without question. What she didn't blindly accept, however, were missions regarding humans. Undead were things she had no problem dealing with, but she began to openly voice her concerns and thoughts when her missions involved human targets - regardless of their faith or standing with the church.

A once blindly loyal, extremely experienced servant now turned into a somewhat rebellious and conflicted individual, outside of her missions she began to dive deeper into questioning her beliefs and the orders, most reverting back to the past events. Eventually cracking under the various moral conflict struggling inside her, the first attempt she made at suicide was stopped by a passing nun and priest sent to fetch her for a briefing; shocking those who heard about the incident well enough to understand the changes she'd went through weren't just in her personality, but they went deeper than that. Submitted to psychological treatment for several months, she was eventually released after what felt like an eternal hell of having to deal with something so internally painful without having a way out. So she developed coping mechanisms, these being in the form of a highly unnatural sweet tooth and a smoking habit that many others - even casual smokers - would protest against.

They helped, but hardly enough to keep her from contemplating her end when left in the isolation of her quarters. There had been many times where she could have pulled the trigger without being interrupted, but for one reason or another she'd found herself unable to pull the trigger despite how adamant she felt about it. Eventually allowed to resume her field duties, her suicidal tendencies first revealed themselves in her next official mission, and many more after; the display slightly frightening the Priest she was partnered with at the time. Her now cracked psyche eventually led her sinking into depression. She questioned her faith, was disgusted with her own moral conduct and felt somewhat betrayed, so what was there to life for? She still couldn't pull the trigger for some reason, however, and she felt as if she was cursed to live in a reality where she - now - constantly sought to end it all but couldn't.

She certainly deserved it for the things she'd done, but she despised it nonetheless. The drastic change in personality and combat style seemed to be the only thing changed about the way she conducted her duties, and despite now questioning everything and finding herself on shaky ground with the very organization she was raised into, and her suicidal actions in the field, she has earned her title as one of many skilled True Cross agents and is well known above most others with her skill in dual wielding. She continues her duties, a number of rumors sprouting around her numerous questionable acts, but she remains apathetic toward them. Some claim she seeks death through her faith, while others claim she's lost her faith all together, neither are entirely wrong, but they aren't entirely right either. She continues her duty dispatching the undead without question (and heathens of the living with some objection) walking down the thin line between faith and her own moral judgement.

I am still iffy about allowing you Cat D level agility and stamina, but the sheet is so well written I will be willing to let it slide this once. So drop the Cat C level to Cat D and we are good.

An old, confused person who's sad and wanders around. Are you the Ice King?

Her knife fighting skills derive from some training in Eskrima, as well as giving her a decent understanding of fighting with the use of sticks (or stick-like objects), joint locks, grappling and weapon disarming techniques; she's quite proficient at knife throwing as well. She's also undergone training in numerous military stealth tactics as per the majority of Iscariot, they wouldn't be Assassin's if they didn't, though she only uses them dependent on the situation at hand.

Physically she is another animal entirely. She does not boast high levels of supernautral strength nor excessive durability (though she is durable enough to fall from great heights and land unharmed like the rest of Iscariot), she is as fleshy and weak as any other human being, but she makes up for these traits in other areas. Her experiences and continuous training have pushed her stamina beyond that of a professional Olympic track runner, and her reflexes and agility to the peaked; allowing her to combat the supernatural foe's that Iscariot is tasked with. These sublime reflexive and agile traits rival that of a level two vampire, being in between that of D and C categories (above D, below C), giving her the ability to react to and tag the abominations with means of killing them, but that's about the only thing she has going for her in the field in a physical sense.

Not really a hobby but something worth mentioning, she's a somewhat skilled chess player.[/quote]
Only issue is the reflexes. Drop it to F. Right now, you can pretty much react to what your normal combatants will be fighting like before they even make a move.

Currently treading the thin line between faith and rejection, Jennae struggles between what her own morality tells her and what is expected of her as an Iscariot, utterly cracking her inner resolve.

That said and done, her loyalty to Iscariot is still solid in it's very basic foundation and she will do her job with an unemotional efficiency should she find the orders pure; such is the case with the abolishment of the undead, but her other relationships with the organization itself and it's tactics are extremely shaky at best.

Just play depression straight and come drink at the bar.

Soup wrote:Biography: Jennae's story start's where one would expect an Iscariot agent's to start; as an abandoned child left on the doorstep of an orphanage outside of Rome in 1983.

Praising God and dedicating her life to the church, or as much as she could, as she grew a bit older, it was no surprise that she was recruited into Iscariot when she reached the proper age to receive training.

A rookie mistake by a rookie Iscariot, she should have done the job before the father had managed to make it this far, but she was naive at the time; she made mistakes.

The drastic change in personality and combat style seemed to be the only thing changed about the way she conducted her duties, and despite now questioning everything and finding herself on shaky ground with the very organization she was raised into, and her suicidal actions in the field, she has earned her title as one of many skilled Iscariot agents and is well known above most others with her skill in dual wielding.
Shaky footing on her rebelliousness, but I guess I'll take it. Reflexes and maybe appearance are all that needs working.
